HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

We accept payments by Credit cards and Debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and many others) and by PayPal. 

1) Visit us at http://ministryofstuffs.com, and find the item you'd like to order.
2) Click on the item, and then you'll arrive at its product page.
3) Select the color and size (please read next question carefully!) you'd like via the drop-down menu
4) Click on the 'Add to Cart' button
5) Simply repeat steps 1-4 above until you've added everything you want to order to your virtual cart.
6) Click on 'Checkout' at the top right corner of the page.

7) Follow the instructions to enter your shipping address, and then your payment details. Do make sure you follow through the whole process by clicking on "Pay now" or "Complete Order" before you close the website. If your order is successful, you will see a page with your Order number. 

 

HOW IS SAFE YOUR WEBSITE?

All payments are processed by Stripe, which is a very trusted and secure platform. We do not store or have access to any of your credit or debit card details or passwords. Payments are 100% screened through and processed by 2Checkout and by PayPal. Also, do check us out on our Instagram page @ministryofstuffs, where we have more than 10,000 loyal fans and followers! Thousands of customers have ordered from us and have been satisfied with our level of service and quality.

 

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Order processing time is between 4-6 business days and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch. Once an order has been processed, it will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be made available to you.

For custom printed products: After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our factory where we will print and ship your item(s) within 7-10 business days.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL... WHY IS THAT?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

 

I KEEP CHECKING MY TRACKING STATUS AND MY ORDER ISN'T MOVING! WHAT'S GOING ON?

When it comes to international shipping tracking updates are not always frequent or consistent. This is perfectly normal. It was some orders go without tracking updates for 30 days or more all the time. There are a few reasons for this, one is the order changes carriers sometimes several times which causes logistical delays. Another reason is simply that employees don't always scan the tracking barcodes as they should. We have even had packages arrive safe and sound to the customer without a single tracking update. That's pretty rare, but it has happened.

One of the most common reasons that your order is not moving is because it is being held by customs for inspections and such. This is completely random and just another aspect of international shipping.

 

PACKAGES THAT ARE UNCLAIMED/REJECTED/RETURNED

All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address or telephone number when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's full value (which not include the discount) if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.

All prices stated on our website are in United States Dollars (US$). For currency exchange conversions to your local currency, do visit an online currency converter such as xe.com/ucc


DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS IF AN ITEM DOES NOT FIT OR I DON'T LIKE IT?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do drop us an email within 14 days of receiving your order. If you do decide to return it to us, you will either be given store credit or allowed to exchange the returned item for another item of equal or lower value.  

We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's full value (which not include the discount), also please note that buyers are responsible for paying for the return shipping/postage costs and we will not be able to reimburse these costs.

HOW CAN I CHOOSE CORRECT CLOTHES' SIZE?

Please order the size that you usually wear in your own country, and we'll send you the correct equivalent size. Please refer to the size chart on every product's page for accurate measurements of the product itself.
Due to our factories being located in multiple regions, the size that is shown on the tag of the product you receive may be showing differently from the size you ordered. Please ignore this, as the product will fit you just like the size you ordered.

HOW CAN I CHOOSE CORRECT SHOE SIZE?

Warning: If you buy shoes online, don't choose shoe size according to your usual wearing shoes size! Different manufacturers have different shoe sizes, so the best way to buy footwear online - is to measure your foot length with the ruler. After that, you can choose the size in our size chart which can fit you best.
